Why Should I

   get an Inspection?

For example; if you were buying a home the average cost is anywhere from $200,000 to $350,000 and most Real Estate agencies charge a commission of 3% to 6% that’s $6,000 to $21,000 to sell or buy a home.  You would also be paying out between $1,200 to 2,100 or more for lawyer fees on a typical purchase transaction with one mortgage including disbursements.

When you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home for you and your family, you want to make sure you have made a sound decision guided by a qualified, reliable and unbiased Inspector.  Never pick your Inspector based on the inspection fee; which is the most common mistake many people make.  You should expect to pay a considerably higher fee for a quality Inspector who has invested in extensive training and provides a high-quality inspection.

Contact us and book your inspection in advance, as inspections generally occur during daylight hours.  Once booked; you will need to confirm timings of the inspection with your agent and the vendor if required, to gain access to the home on that day.
